These terms govern access to Ruxlo’s websites, waitlist, closed-alpha experiences, and related products and services.
Using Ruxlo
You may use Ruxlo only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. Product access may be limited, invitation-only, experimental, or unavailable in some locations while we develop the service.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information and protect your account credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must be legally able to enter into these terms.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Ruxlo, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, scrape the service without permission, or use Ruxlo to violate another person’s rights.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Ruxlo the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display, and use that content to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights needed to provide it.
Ruxlo property
Ruxlo and its licensors own the service, software, design, trademarks, and other materials we provide. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are transferred to you.
Third-party services
Ruxlo may link to or work with third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to those services, and Ruxlo is not responsible for third-party offerings.
Service changes and disclaimers
Ruxlo may change, suspend, or discontinue features, particularly during alpha and beta development. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ruxlo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Ruxlo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, or comply with law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Ruxlo develops. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
