Ruxlo is a map-based property search app. Every home has a page with assessment, deed, sale history, comparables, and parcel lines, plus the work done to it, claimed by the contractor and confirmed by the owner.
Where is Ruxlo available?+
Ruxlo is opening town by town, starting in New Jersey. Join the waitlist and we will email you when your town is next.
Is there a web version?+
Not yet. During Alpha, Ruxlo is an iOS and Android app only. This website is where you can learn about the product, join the waitlist, and get support.
How much does Ruxlo cost?+
Ruxlo is free for homeowners. Contractors pay for their tools. Contractor plan details will be published as we approach public launch.
USING THE APP
How do I find my home?+
Search your address or pan the map. Every parcel in a live town is on it. Tap your parcel to open your home’s page.
How do I claim my home?+
Open your home’s page and tap Claim. We verify you are the owner against public record before granting owner access.
What is the work record?+
It is every job done to a home, claimed by the contractor and confirmed by the owner. Once confirmed, it stays with the home when it sells.
How do I reset my password?+
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password” and we will email you a reset link. The link expires after one hour.
DATA AND PRIVACY
Where does the property data come from?+
Public records, including assessments, deeds, sales, and parcel geometry, plus work records contributed by contractors and owners on Ruxlo.
How current is the data?+
Public-record data updates as counties release it, typically within weeks of recording. Work records appear as soon as they are confirmed.
Can I delete my account?+
Yes. Delete your account in the app under Settings or email support@ruxlo.ai. Confirmed work records stay with the home because they belong to the parcel record, not the account.
